X10 Pro will not install of VMLite XP virtual machine

Hi there. I'm the user has has posted 2 related threads recently (paraphrased).
Thread 1: X10 Pro will not install in Win 10
Thread 2: X11 Pro does not import X1Pro projects propery
This thread: If I could get V10 Pro to install in a VMLite XP virtual machine, I can continue to author my X10 clients's site without having to make hundreds of adjustments when the files are imported into V11.
So, attached is a screenshot of what happens when I install V10 into a VMLite XP virtual machine.
Can anyone help me get this installed properly?

Got it to work. Found an old thread here regarding .Net Framework cleanup, Net Framework cleanup 3.5, and Net Framework 4.0. Did everything as posted and all is well. Thank you!
