Yes, it is.  Open a second instance of WebSite X5 on your computer, identical to the first one in which your first project is running.  For example, if using Professional 11.0.7.30 then open a second instance of Professional 11.0.7.30 on the same PC (the version number must be the same on both computers).

Then go to Step 3 Pages Creation in the first project, and specifically to the page which holds the Email Form Object you wish to copy...  right-click on the Email Form Object and select 'Copy' from the context menu.

Now move to your second project, locate the page where you want to position the copied form in Step 3...  right-click on a vacant part of the page and select 'Paste' from the context menu.

It's as simple as that!
