You will continue to receive free updates for version 11 for the life of your software.

Version 12 is a major upgrade as opposed to an update, and only those who purchased v11 at full price during the v12 beta testing period are eligible for a free upgrade to v12.  See this extract from the beta testing announcement:

As regards a release date for version 13, none of us know as Incomedia do not publicise the release dates for their software in this way.  However, as version 12 has only just been released it will obviously be quite some time distant in the future.
