Does WebsiteX5 Pro 12 has same template and features of older version

I have three questions here
I had purchased Pro 12, and I dont have my old template that Ihad designed my older website using Pro 10 in it ! Doesnt Pro 12 must have ALL old feaures in 9, 10 and 11 a + More or it could be COMPLETELY different with other feaures ?
Secondly, Can I retrieve a website uploaded and designed by Pro 10, but dont have the WebsiteX5 files, Can I download the files from my hosted server and use them in my current Pro 12?
for the free one year Domain regsitration and hosting, Does it have expiry date or I can use it anytime

No you can't import it from internet. you always need the project file, in v10 you can export your own template or your project. You need these to work in other versions.
V10 also creates automaticly backups, If nothing is available then you need to start from scractch, but you can use the internet data to copy this (pictures and text) into your new project, this should save you some time.
Make Backups ! on different media then your pc, like a mem stick or external drive.
