Hello, when I submit my order from my e-shop www.merpatiblue.my, the message "error while sending your order". The order is However made, a confirmation e-mail is delivered to me as a customer. Customer based on the error message still trying again.

Try to change email script type in step 4 data management and then test it again to see if you still get the same error message.
Once you changed the script type you need to export the project online and then you can test it.

Open the project and then go to step 4 of the program and there select data management. There you will find the option to change email script type. Select a different one and then export it online to test it.
