How can I add date to website X5 Evolution v11, I am building a hotel booking cart (http://owerrihotelplaza.com/online-booking.html), but would want to add checkin and checkout dates, please help.

This is not possible using the native features incorporated in WebSite X5. The shopping cart is designed to sell products: it is not a booking system.
You could use a third party plugin script to add a booking calendar to your WebSite X5 project. For example, there are several scripts available here:

I just got a PHP script, please how do I integrate it.
You can add custom code in the HTML Code Object:

You can also insert code in the head and body of a page, etc. using the 'Expert' section on the Page Properties within WebSite X5:

You will need to read carefully the instructions which came with your script, as each script is unique and has its own method of installation. Alternatively, you can ask the script vendor for support.
