Crash after add embedded youtube video

Hi,
I am working with Professional 10, but i need responsive desigh so i try the version professional 12. It looks perfect to me until i embed a youtube video in a box(Video en Audio). When i click on the box the program crashed directly. I can not delete the box because when i click on it, it crashed.
Can someone help me, how i can make the project works again and houres of work.

try to unistall and then reinstall all microsoft .net framework

Can you please tell me what exact error message you get?
Which windows version are you using?
Did you try to recover a backup of the project to see if then you can continue to work on it?

Hi,
The problem is solved.
When i click on the box (video and audio) the system crashed.
The solution was to put an text box over the videobox.
Then the system asked to replace it and after that the project was working again.
