Website X5 manager don't work

I have make a new website in Pro 13.
I tried to use the manager app but it doesn't work.
I don't no what to do to make it work.

The public folder is needed for blog or guestbook.
If you don't use these options you can leave the error. It will have no effect on your website.
If you want to use one of those then you need to give acces to this folder for visitors, this can be done with an seperate ftp program or with your account from your host, It needs to be set at the server where you website also is uoloaded.
