Audio not working on all equipment (iphone etc)

Hi,
I have a musicband and for me is very important that visitors can hear my music on every device (pc, tablet, phone etc). I am working with v12 prof.
I try several times mp3, m4a, ogg, wav files, and read and read and read the forum, but i dont have the solution that everyone can hear my music. On this moment i convert all mp3 to m4a files, and that works but on the phone its very slow.
Who has the solution for this problem, is the a good solution in X5 V12 prof. or do i have to use an external audio player.

Hi Ron.
Unfortunately not all devices/browsers support every audio file type.
You can verify this by entering the "Audio/Video" object at Step 3.
In the HTML5 section you can check which browsers support which format.
Remember though that also mobile browsers have different compatibilities, so you should verify that the audio actually works on those browsers too.
