I stayed on an older version, does the latest still have bugs?

Please try to repair the .NET Frameworks by following these steps:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.

Once done test the program again and in case please let me know which exact error message you get when the program crashes.

Tried to repair the .NTE frameworks files, worked for about 5 minutes, then crashed again, here is the file that was created:

Also, when program prompt me to save, itstart saving project and updating files then crashed at 97% of saving. I had to go on task manager and end task

X86 Visual seams to be helping, I have been working on the program for a while now and it did not crash ones!!

on me work in this way:

update win 7

unistall all net framework

install last version of net framework and no crash

Crashed again! It lasted about 2 days then returned to be very ubstable.

Please help. FYI I have WIN 10 OS

When exactly in the program do you experience the crashes?

Does the same happens also in a new project?

Do you have all windows updates installed?

This time I was in the shopping cart section, updating pics in my product collection. I was able to replace the first 5 pics, at pic #6 it crashed. Anyway, crashes seam to be random. Sometimes it crashes when I save the file, or when I preview the website, or other different instances.

I did not try a new project yet, I am still trying to finish this website.

My windows 10 is updated, and I do have automatic updates on.

Also the responsive view is OFF, if that helps!

Is there a way to re-install the entire program and see if that might solve the problem?

Maybe I have some corrupted files! Just a thought

Thank you for your work-around. I was having endless crashing just by adding an empty row and trying to save (let alone add content to a cell in it). Result = endless progress bar claiming that the "responsive grid" is being updated. It isn't. X5 has gone completely unresponsive.

I tried your suggestiong and was immediately able to contine developing my website and I am very grateful to you for that. My fear now though is that the problems will return when I reactivate the responsive grid option.

Doing the .Net and Visual C++ stuff never helped me one little bit. Same story back with the big pre christmas round of crashing with V12.0.4.19. Even reinstalling windows fresh and then freshly reinstalling everything else on a fully updated Wimows 10 Pro made no difference whatsoever. The crashing continued.

It's YOUR bad Incomedia. Please sort it out - ASAP!

I am on win7 64 and x5 v12pro is very unstable for me, though slightly less unstable than before I removed and reinstalled NET framework and Vis C++ files...

It is still very annoying when it crashes and I loose unsaved stuff, but then again before I reinstalled the files it was totally unusable for me! Now it is just a pain to use...

Hope someone works out what is wrong soon...!

Hello Joe,

Please test it also in a new project as soon as you have time. You cna proceed to uninstall and then reinstall the program. The projects won't get lost and once you reinstall it these will be bqck in the program.

The error message you wrote me seems to depend to a windows component which is not running correctly and the program needs it to work correctly. Did you install all Visual C++ available on the link above?
