Email Form Coding Appear In Received E-Mail

I've setup an email from. When I receive a response to the form in comes in with the computer coding and not as it was setup. The computer coding shouldn't appear in the email it should only show the labels I created in the form. Attached is one of those that I copied and pasted into a Word document.
Please advise how to not get the coding when an answer to the mail form.

This depends a bit on the server and php versions of the provider.
That's why x5 has several scripts available. Goto step4 choose data mananagement. Set mail script 1 level lower (bottom left option/pilldown menu)
Upload site and try again to see if this worked.
