Website exporting but with no changes

Have made a few changes to the website and have exported the data. When I click to view the website online, there are no changes. I have tried exporting only the changed files with no result and then exported all files and still no result.
When I click on preview, I can see the changes but these changes don´t appear when exporting to the internet.

I've solved this problem myself by doing two things.
Assuming the upload folder is correct.
1. Actually 'save' the page and 'save' the site again prior to uploading it. (Not sure why, but it worked.
2. if option 1 didn't solve it, maybe clear your cache by hitting 'F5' 2 times. (This is only available on a desktop, reloading your page 2 times on a tablet or phone will do the same)

That didn´t work. Tried both options and exported the whole website again but still no changes.
I just received an email from my host telling me the nameservers need to be changed. Could this be the case?
Another option is to try in another browser.
If they talk about nameservers, while it previously dit work, you could check either your upload folder, or whether they changed something.

Nothing was changed. Spoke with them and they checked everything and said all is running smoothly from their side "The host".
Checked the upload folder and retried exporting. Still no changes are being made. There doesn´t seem to be any errors and the export runs smoothly. It just isn´t making the necessary changes.
