Is it solved if you set the email script to a lower value?

Try it, in step4 -> datamangement, find left below the mail scripts, adjust upload site, then refresh with F5, and try the form again.

the latest x5 uses offcource the latest scripts, it could be that the provider and the scrip of x5 are slightly different, that's why there are several too choose from.

I tried couple of times. But any how it is not working..

Then I would check with your hostingcompany, maybe they use authenticated smtp for mailing. x5 can be set up for that as well.

But ask them first or check the FAQ section at your hosting company.
