Creating a form page using HTML Code object

Hi,
I am a new user of Website X5 Professional and have basic knowledge of HTML, javascript and php. When I tried to use the HTML Code to create a form page, the input fields do not have field width specified on the width tag.
I created this form using DreamWeaver and placed the code in the <body> to HTML Code object. I also copied styles in a separate css file and linked it. Website x5 correctly linked and used this css file. But when I try to render the form page on my website and in preview locally, all the input fields show same width.
Any idea what I am doing wrong?
Thanks.

...probably you created conflict between x5 code and the codes you uploaded; I suggest to explore the functionality of x5 before realizing something with external code...
Hello Atul,
Is this the form you refer to?
http://www.gsofclt.com/membership.php
And corresponding CSS?
http://www.gsofclt.com/files/membershipform.css
When I view this page in my browser the form is displayed with fields of varying widths, as per the source code. Please see the screenshot attached.
Could it be that you have a cache issue?
Kind regards,
Paul
