OK, thanks, your new update corrected this bug but introduced a new one.
Now it is impossible to create an E-mail form object. Some of the mandatory fields cannot be filled because they have become inactive.

More precisely:
On the left "Sender E-mail address"
On the right "User E-mail address"

A few days ago, I had no problem filling these fields. Now it has become impossible and consequently the E-Mail form cannot be built.
