Installing Poll Object Database  en

I purchased the Poll Object for my site and am having difficulty getting it up and running.

Here is the sample page  https://www.jpw.ca/poll.html

I created a database on GoDaddy my host (image attached)

I completed the advanced setting database info (image attached)

I completed the survey info (image attached)

Everything seems to save. However as you can see it will not display. What am I missing?

Help please.

You probably not link wright database...

Try use Table name without spaces.

I changed the page to php under page properties - experts setting. The host to local host, the title no spaces and it works! https://jpw.ca/
