How can I add code to responsive header design?

With 12, there is responsive function, however in responsive header design, I can only insert an image not extra functions like I can do with PC view header, any idea?

Hello Dan,
That is by design. The responsive header does not accept any active content in WebSite X5. However, you can add HTML code to the responsive footer if you wish.
