I am having trouble for this plug in calendar at the bottom half of the page, it kind of making the mobile view difficult to navigate.
Any ideas?

Dan, at this time the google calendar plug in is not responsive, however, you can make it nice and narrow (and therefore suitable for mobile view) by selecting agenda view where you customise the google calendar (although for your busy schedule, I would leave/make busy blank, and only show available slots)
Example: http://www.waterlinenews.com.au/
... ... replace the IFRAME code with this:
<iframe src="https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=williwen%40gmail.com&ctz=Australia/Sydney" style="border: 0" width="100%" height="600" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>
.
