I pre ordered v 13 but it won't run due to "registry error"

I am having the same problem! Wonder if this will be fixed soon!
It's the same for Russian version too.
My copy starts to open then stops working. Windows reports a "program Error" and closes it. I have had no issues with version 11 or 12 on the same computer....so no "reinstall NET Framework" answers please.
Same problem with the dutch version, please take action incomedia , the version sucks

please try this: open windows prompt commands and do this command lodctr /R.
