I have set the site back to use automatic height for the disqus comments.

I temporarily loaded the site using version 11 and the disqus comments work fine.  Also, all of my custom fonts stopped working in v12.  I tested uploading the site back using version 11 and the fonts appear correct, but not when uploaded version 12.  I have already loaded the font in preferences exactly the same way as in v11.  Any ideas?

Yes that is the site and it is currently up in ver 13.  If you scroll down to the bottom and you will see that it does not appear correct.  All of the lower comments are written over the black background as the automatic height did not function properly. 

I have tried it from different PCs and using differnt browers.  It is not correct.  It only appears correct if I set the height to be like 4000 or something large enough to extend passed the last comment.
