Facebook object missing in the latest version 13 professional

Where has the Facebook object gone in the new version 13.
It is not listed in the Social section?
I have tried to download it and it says its free and I already have it?

The Facebook Object is present under the 'Social' tab in Professional 13 (please see the screenshot attached) - if you cannot see it then try pressing the 'Update Library' button (which is the icon circled in the screenshot).

Nope sorry it is not there, see attached, I have refreshed it again, like I had already done yesterday and it's still not there. Any ideas please help?

Please see the image attached when I try and download it again it says I am licensed for 11 and 12 but not 13.

Unfortunately I'm unable to recreate this issue, Andy. Everything works as it should for me on version 13, as shown in the screenshot attached.
The only thing I can suggest at this point is to make sure that you are logged on to the WebSite X5 Help Center/Marketplace using exactly the same email address as that which you used to activate and register version 13.
In the meantime I will flag this thread for the specific attention of the Incomedia support team. You can expect a response from them within the next 24/48 hours or so.

I verified it too but the object appears. If the update button is still not showing it, please try to reinstall the program and then verify if it appears.

I have uninstalled the software 13.0.0.13 and downloaded the latest 13.0.0.14
I have updated the object library and still no Facebook object, see the latest capture 4.
Please also see capture 5 attached, is this a license issue, it says the resource is only for pro 11 and 12.
It does not say pro 13 even though the main page below says versions 12 and 13.
Do I need to uninstall version 12 pro?

Thank you for the screenshot. The developers fixed the issue and it will take some time to update the cache. Wait at least 30 minutes and then try again to use the update button to see if the it appears.
