Cannot change header font

I have reopened my project in version 13 and want to change the font of some of the text in the header.
When I created the header in version 12, I could set the text as desired. Now the template seems to be png format and no controls to eddit or add new text?

Yes, there have been some changes in the way the templates are handled in version 13.
