Will not connect to register software  en

Installed x5-v.13 and was okay.  Had a Windows update that stopped my printer spooler and had to use restore point to fix it.  That restore point uninstalled v.13.  When I reinstalled and started to setup I entered my email address and when I clicked next it could not connect to your server?  My connection is okay and I can connect to the internet.  I uninstalled and made sure it was not in the register and in the Program Files.  It still would not connect. 

I'm not sure what to do to fix this so I can fix this issue.  I mean I don't think it's my computer as I am online but even clicking on "try again" doesn't do anything.

Hello James,

This could very well be a temporary server problem.  Please keep trying to connect if at all possible.

However, I will flag this thread for the attention of the Incomedia support team when they return to work tomorrow, although it might be Tuesday before you receive a reply.

In the meantime, please also ensure that firewalls, proxy servers, VPN's, etc. are not blocking the program's access to the internet.
