Menu is at the footer instead of the header

It also happened after I installed the v13. I uploaded the whole site just to be sure it was not related to the v.12 version. Still same problem. Now I just have this square instead of the menu in the header.

Same problem - the menu comes in the footer instead of the header. Cannot find a way to come around it.

Just a square to click on. No menu.
the menu is in the hamburgermenu (top right button) this is a responsive setting. If you make your screen bigger then it shoud be ok.

in short: try to make the menu buttons smaller or the menu space in the template bigger
