I have found the answer an few times, and people just refer to this link... that is set to private so I can not see it

Hello Lauren,
Have you changed anything in the header Or saved the file in another format?
You can change a lot but not the header, see if there are no changes to the original file (export it again).
Or if you have made 1 from scratch, then first export a file, then fill that one and keep format and header to original settings.
Hope this helps, I don't have the file so it's a bit guessing.....

Ok, so if I read this right I create a shopping cart (1 product) export it, then edit it open office, and when I import that it should be right? If I am wrong let me know... If you do not hear from me... it worked. Have a good weekend
