Hi Armin, good that you checked the Lavasoft thing first - we can dissmiss that possibility. Where did you download your trial version from? What Windows version are you running? The answers to these questions might help.

please read this procedure: https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/en/post/157225 . Pay attention when following it, as this procedure modifies the  modifies the operating systems registry.
The generated files are closely related to the computer where the procedure has been performed. If any of the information contained in the following steps doesn't match with the one on the pc where you are performing them it is necessary to stop and contact us, by adding the so far generated files as attachment.
