Font outline in Template Customization Header and Footer Text?

Some of my old sites have a template header that uses a white font with a red outline and a black drop shadow on top of a red banner image. It like it but I can't find a way to do it anymore. The outline option seems to have vanished. I've tried several outline fonts and none of them look right.

Barry, to achive this effect I used an old copy of Paint Shop Pro (http://supadiverta.com.au/), but if your old site was imported, I would have thought that the header text would have transferred as an image that could be used. If you still have the old version of WX5 installed that performed this trick, perhaps create a dummy site with the header as required, import to v13 and save the header graphics for re-use on your new site.

The project was indeed created in an earlier version of WX5 and automatically converted when opened in 13. I can create an image of the text I want but it's very disappointing to lose features I used to depend on. I worked in software development for many years and could say a lot more on the topic, but I doubt it would accomplish anything.

The previous versions were converting the objects like text in images once uploaded while now the program keeps them as text.
