Wedsitex5 V13 Pro works fine on one PC but not on the other

Hi
I purchased the latest version 13 pro and have installed it on two pc's - work and home. Both rum widows 10. My home PC is 64bit and works fine, my work is 32bit and I'm havering major troubles.
My work PC is crashing all the time when I do a preview in the program.
How can I fixthis ? - very frustrating ....

Before opening x5, in the project folder delete the folder "preview" and "upload".
Then open x5.
The folders are newly created, takes a little.

Hi .............. "Project folder" - can you clearly explaine to me were this is tks. I dont see any file under programs/websiex5 v13.

Hi ... No error message it just crashers - the screen has no display when i do a preview of the page im building and i have to close it off.

when it crashes does it shows any errors? Are all windows updates installed?

In case this should not help try to use before this repair tool http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135 and then try again to start WebSite X5.
