Cannot update?  en

Hello,

I bought a short while ago evolution 13 but unfortunately it does not update? What do I have to do so I can retrieve the normal updates? See screenshot from what I get as a message.

I'm sorry, how did you try to update your WebSite X5? From your Start page?

Eventually, please feel free to download the latest version from the ''download'' section in your control panel here on answers then follow the instructions to complete the procedure correctly.

Hi Samantha,

I think I found the problem only I don't know how to solve this. If I look under download it says "no license". Also I see on the start page that my mail address is mentioned as: ***nm. Apparently I made a mistake with my mail address. So on the download section I don't have the ability to download.

How can we fix this, the proof that I bought a license is in the attached file.
