Colin, what version of WX5 are you using, and are you registered so Incomedia can assist?

Colin, if CoreFTP works, why use the built in FTP client (I use Filzilla because it is smarter and faster).

However, when I click on your Avatar it shows no software - this might be an issue that should be answaerd by Incomedia????

Colin,

Add your registration nr in your profile here in the helpcenter, this helps us in helping you and it gives you more possibilities. Top right pull down next to your name -> licences)

Try to make the destination folder empty. maybe that helps. Then choose the correct path, X5 will then ask to set the folder.

My licences are registered under a different email, but I can't find out which one and how to log in, that's why I created this profile.

I'll try your idea, Andre, thanks.

I use X5 to upload just because I always have (I did use Core yesterday and it was faster) and use it to notify Google, Facebook and Twitter when finished.

Would you believe it, just found that I can open my account in the Help Centre from X5, I'll put the question on there.
