Can't play audio files mp3 and mp4 in X5 Ver. 13

In X5-Ver 13 i can't play audio files (mp3 & MP4) loaded from a local disk, even not in the preview section, the icon for audio/video comes up, but when i prees the play button nothing happens.
I can load and play youtube audio and video without any problems.
On the same PC i have the X5-ver 12 installed also, and the localy loaded mp3 & mp4 files works perfect here, both as preview and uploaded.
do anyone have a solution here??

Preview does not appear it is true! Do not worry, exports the online site, they will see :-) Same thing is also valid for the youtube link. See in this example

JUST AN ADITTIONAL NOTE
In the Gallery ( pictures slide show) the "Soundtrack" dosn't work, but it aalso work in X5- ver 12

As You have the PRO-version, You can in preview choose one of Your "normal" browsers. When You do that, You will see the page as it will look when uploaded. If You have installed IE, Firefox,Chrome and Edge, You are able to choose to see the preview if one of these browsers.

Vælg preview, og du kan herefter ( øverst til højre ) vælge mellem een af dine installerede browsere.
Du vil herefter se preview i denne browser, og her skulle du gerne kunne se din video.

ws Preview prompts you to install plugins media. but if the same file insert in WS11 or WS12 opens even premiered. so it is obvious that the problem only the WS13 has.
is the same does not appear correctly in any browser, for lack of plugin media, but when put onlne is visible :-). attention in the smartphone is always with the play button to start manually.
while versions ws11 and ws12 display it properly even in the preview . (on win10 64bit)

I know that X5 ver11 and ver12 does not have this problem and that Ver 13 has the problem.
When I used Ver 13 PRO I solved the problem by choosing a browser, and it solved the problem even if it was a little bit annoying.
I just told about an easy "workaround" .
I hope that some day all the problems in ver 13 will be solved.
