Problem with free templates

I have purcased website x5 evo 11 but at first I can download free templates.
This template has not been activated yet
Now recice message yo have no credit

There are probably problems with the server from Incomedia. There should be more then anough free templates. Check also if the firewall does not interfere (set it shortly off to test)
Just wait on a response from them or try again later tomorrow.

We have had speed problems affecting our servers yesterday. Now the issue has been solved, so please click on update library and try again, you should be able to download the templates normally now.
