After I add hyperlinks to picture in text object - hyperlinks work ok.
But - when I click align right - hyperlinks not working

Hello.I can not check in version 13, but in 2019.1 there is no such problem.
Darko, I loaded v13 evo, added 2 pics in a text box, assigned a link to another webpage against each and tested fine, set justification to right and still worked fine so I used the text on left alignment option for each pic and the links still worked fine.
Is this what you were doing??

Yes. Links work fine when they are right, after resize, or justification or any manipulation hyperlink dont work.

I've verified this issue on the v13 but unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce this issue correctly.
Perhaps there's some other setting that is causing this specific issue for you. Is your website online right now? If so, please the URL to it with me here and tell me exactly where to test this.
If it's not online, try reproducing this on a brand new project and let me know if that still happens to you

Since the result cannot be viewed without a URL, only assumptions are possible.
There could also be an overcover with other objects in the head, menu left, etc.!
