I tested v.13 also on my laptop (also win 10) and it's working perfectly, good new features by the way. But on my tower-PC, which I mainly use, it is not working as I posted. Problem with .NET framework or C++?

If this should n ot help or find any entry of Lavasot WebCompanion try to repair the .NET Frameworks by following these steps:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.

I don't use any Lavasoft WebCompanion programs, who wouldn't like adds? :D

On weekend I deleted C++ files and re-installed em again (see attachment pic), but that didn't help eather. (thought the problem was there).

On attachment picture you can see that error message what appears when I launch W13. "An error occurred while running the program. Please reinstall the program. (ConfigError)." I have also re-installed that program today, after done that Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 check box clear and re-enabling that.

WebsiteX12 is still working, so the problem is only in Website X13 (also Unity 64-bit crashes on every start).

If we can't fix this soon, can you send me 32bit version of Website X13?

I compared C++ versions and on my tower-PC some of these versions are older than on my Laptop.

W13 is working on my laptop, but that computer screen is so small that I really would not like to use it. So if you can fix this problem on my tower-PC I would be very happy.

Thank you for the further informations. Please try in this case to create a new user in windows and then test the program in this user. If this works open the AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v13 - Professional of this user and copy the content in the AppData\Local\Incomedia\WebSite X5 v13 - Professional of the user where you experience the issue.

The installer contains the 32 and 64bit installer and it installs the 32 bit Version in system which are 32 bit and the 64bit Version on 64 bit systems.

Unfortunately that eather is not working.

I contacted to Microsoft Support, and they said that easiest way is clean install win10. 

According to Microsoft Support, possible cause of this problem is because I have upgraded from win 8 to win 10, some times upgrading to old windows to next version cause this kind of errors.
