Change layout email contact form / colums to small

The contact form we have created is not shown properly when we receive it in Outlook. The columns are being cut off so the questions and responses are being cut off over 2 lines.
Where can I change the layout of the email form / acknowledgment!

You can change appearance in step2 template customization -> showbox tooltip and e-mail.
But you could also try to change email script I think this has more chance in getting a better email.
Do this in settings -> advanced -> data m management, choose a lower email script up load and try again.
