Special Pages tab missing in a new project (V13 Pro), how can I recreate it

I have just created a project from scratch and have noticed that the 'Special Pages' tab is missing in stage 3.
I am missing the map object bar from the Full screen webpages. Have I missed something?

I think it is called the footer menu

Ignore this post as I have just found the solution.
Stage 2 (Template) -> Customisation -> Text Style -> Select Footer from the Page Item Options and tick the 'Visible' box.
