Have just uploaded a new website to 'www.swindonhomeandgarden.com'.
Whilst testing the website on the 'Contact Us' page I am now coming up with the error 'Generic Error. You must activate JavaScript!'
The latest update to X5 'Incomedia WebSite X5 Pro 2022.1.4 ' is used. This did not occur on the previous update. I have tried the site on mobile and 2 PC's and get the same error. Any ideas.
This works OK on another recent website 'X5 Pro 2021.2.5', using the same 'Contact Us' design, without any problems!
Any Ideas please

The same javascript problem occurs when viewing the website on a mobile, the site worked OK last week
Hello. I sent a notification about your question to the company employees, expect an answer from them here in the comments.
Try changing the version of PHP on the hosting. Try 7.4, 8.0.
@Aleksej
Normally Javascript is just from the client side
Good afternoon Nigel
If you just uploaded a new version of the website on top of the old one, please try and delete all files online and then upload the entire website again from the software
After trying this out, let me know if the issue is solved
I remain available here
Thank you

Hi Stefano, it may be down to me as I appear to have been updating the site with changes only. I have just done a full update and the message has disappeared.
I have checked it on another PC and my mobile and all is OK.
Thanks Guys
