if you have in step1 advanced , statistics and ceo, create sitemap option on, then x5 creates an excel sitemap file.
You could check it in step 5 connect to internet, the see if the file exists (sitemap.xml) it should be in the root of your website.

I can see imsitemap.asp og imsite.html there.
is the option sitemap set to on?
Did you do the upload again after setting it on?

This settings has been on all the time - since I've run the program for the first time, and I have uploaded it many times. I also always update the sitemap on google almost every time I have updated the site. But when I check it in search console google tell me that they can't read the sitemap because it is in html...
Do you have the website adress?
Does it also happens on a new project on a test folder? Just open a new project set sitemap on and see if it is online.
Check also if you use export to disk if the sitemal.xml is created.

Thanks a lot, Andre E! I put it in to Google manually, and now it's ok But how did you find it? I only found the html one when I tryed...
If you make connection with your webhost you will see the documents that are listed at your webhost (just like on your pc) there you can manually add files or remove files and also see waht files are on the webserver.
(step 5 connect to website) Just take a look and also see the buttons on top, these are very handu sometimes.
