Hi :)
My Problem : I have 5 products that are the same, but there is 5 different colors of the same product. Is there any way to keep track of the amount of each product-color ? My solution is to display 5 different products in one category, but I wish I could display it in the Options Tab with track of each color on the product

Hello Christer
You should have only one product with color option.
You can keep track of both the option and an eventual suboption.
In the database table for sold products, both option and suboption are stored on each sold-product-line.
If I understand yoy right, you wish to keep track/ make statistics of the sold products and the option used for the sold option.
You can do this from the database.

please follow John's suggestion, the use of the Options (Step 1 - Settings > Advanced > Shopping Cart > The Product List>Product Settings> Options) is the best solution for your issue.
