Howto: menu style list (as for quick links) in page contents?

Please help me out.
I wish to add a menu styled list (as for quick links) for plancing in page contents. Is there such an object for webSiteX5?
Something likes attached. I would also do the highlight when mouse over it, item 2, as in this case.

I would use a table object for that. You can set a description on mouse over with the link object (TAB description)

However, I wish to have the table cell background color changed when mouse move over it
and guess what~ Ah ha~ I got that working by copying and paste the html and css code from another wysiwyg editor.

It is good websiteX5 have html object and css editor within it.
WebsiteX5 is great with many nice features...on the other hands... websiteX5 does miss a lots of other basic features....
Hopefully they can be included soon...
