I just installed version 13. Now i want to change the default directory to my NAS-dir, but the new version 13 does not recognice it, as where all versions till version 12 worked well with it...

Is this a new downgrade?

Is the NAS mapped to a drive letter, or are you selecting a network connection?

I do use a NAS to store some files with WX5, but I have only ever used a mapped connection.

I manually select the path to the NAS unit when first backing up my X5 (Version 13) projects. After that, it saves the path and I have had no issues at all with doing this. I haven't made the NAS the default directory though. The NAS is there purely as a safe backup option so I always have a working backup if I need it. I usually do this every 2 weeks or so, as I only update my sites at around that interval.

If you map the nas directory to a drive letter, can you use WX5 as required until Incomedia can address your issue?

BTW, has your PC/Laptop been restarted recently? I have had occasional issues with Windows not allowing me access to network paths after updates, even though I can see them in explorer.
