Pro Version 14 - will Shopping Cart have intelligent Shipping cost calculator

I need a new ecommerce system but Website X5 is woefully short on features especially a way to check the USPS and FedEx rate tables based on the customer's location and weight of the order. Is that being addressed in the new 14 that I just ordered?

Thanks JJ but this is just the notice that they are looking for Beta Testers. I don't feel I would do the Beta test justice so this does not interest me. I am looing at Shopify and Bigcommerce. I would like to know the general areas of improvements that Website X5 will have.
