Gallery Object - Video Thumbnail

Within the Gallery Object, I have 5 .flv video files.
Is there a way to choose an image (or still) to represent an individual video, or do I have to use the default 'Play' button icon?

Se intendo inserire all'interno della stessa pagina + Gallery e utilizzo la Gallery per inserire un video, come faccio ad impostare l'avvio manuale del video, in modo che entrando nella pagina non partano contemporaneamente le due gallery inserite con i video?
