Export error in new projects

Continuing to work with X5 vers. 12 I can see some errors:
I have a project with many items and images, sections in menu and so no. I am trying to build another project from the first one, using delete - so, I am building a smaller project starting from the old huge one.
I delete galleries and images that are obsolete - in fact, those images are no more inside the neew project.
Surprize: inside the new project I can find lot of images containing nothing - see attach.
So the X5 do not delete the files - images that are no more available but it saves those images again with no content.
In the example attached the file photoshop_top.jpg is deleted from the new project - again, "built with the delete button" from the original project.

Incomedia are aware of this or a closely related issue. If it is possible I would suggest creating your new project and copying content in, although I understand this is potentially a great deal more work.
Perhaps the perfect time to consider the upcoming V14 :-)

Thank you! I wanted to buy even V13 but the new interface, the new tools array and the new look of the program is scaring me: I have no time to dig to the new places where the old tools were moved.
The old v12 was so CLEAR and LOGIC organized ... I have tried v13 but it is stupid with its new workspace. So no, thank you!

I can confirm that it is true: the new Pro 14 is filtering the old images which are now deleted from project!
