Is the Footer Menu available in V14 as I cant see it in Step 2. Also V13 to V14 conversion loses the Footer Menu.

It's not available anymore in v14.
To be honest it is a little outdated, nower days big foorter menu's are all over the internet in sites.
you can add a menu to anything in V14, it is under wigets. Can't you just add it to the footer?
