Uploading to ISP not working

Just upgraded from version 13 to 14
want to upload the website to internet
using website export
I am constantly getting the error message that says: ERROR IN FOLDER CREATION, PLEASE TRY LATER.
Then I have to close it all down and keeps happening. NOTHING is getting uploaded.
All the same settings as before.
Suggestions?
