version 14 will not create folders for upload, give "try back later" message

Billy, using the built in FTP, have you tried removing the destination folder and then putting the destination in again including the / (eg /public_html)
I have the same problem
. Could you please give an step-by-step explanation how to remove the destination folder (in my case httpdocs) and how to put it in again. And how and where to include the " / (eg/public_html)"? What is this, where can I find it?
If possible with some screenshots?
