Project Suddenly Turned Bad

Hello,
While working on an important project, it crashed on me. When I restarted the software, it gave me these two error messages, and I couldn't open it. I was lucky I had a copy to work on it, but if I hadn't, it would have been 3 weeks double-shifts of work lost.
What these error message means, and is there a fix? I'm worried it might happen again, and this time I might not be as lucky as I was.
Thank you,
Elsa-Marie

The final error message means that the project is corrupt and cannot be repaired, this can be caused by a number of issues ranging from hard disk errors, power failure, Windows background process errors and even an issue in WX5.
However, it is not normal and you should not expect it to happen.
To protect yourself (especially in the case of large or important projects) you should make frequent and generous use of the backup option. Click on the down arrow next to save. Whilst a backup will be automatically made when the project is uploaded (unless this feature is turned off), during development of a project this will seldom happen. I tend to make a backup before making changes to a project every day.
It is also a wise investment to export the project occasionally and create an iwzip file. This should be copied to an external device and can protect you in the case of catastrophic hardware failure or loss.

Okay, thank you very much. I was worried it could happen again.
But yes, just in case, I started making the backups. :)
Thank you, and have a nice day!
