A video file in youtube cannot be viewed in Website X5 v.13 Prof. video player

The last 2 lines are video files in youtube, the last one cannot be displayed. The error is something about a format of the video.
The video in youtube is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oK6zPvCoLrY&feature=youtu.be
The original video format is mp4, I converted it to avi format, uploaded it to a new location in youtube, with the same error message.
I do not what to do.

I can view the page with no problem.
maybe your pc needs the last update of flashplayer?
But even better, why not use v14?
