Not eable to install Hover Button

Upon installation of X5 EV14 on my laptop I am not eable to install the Over Button.
All the other purchased items wher installed with success.
It is installed on my tower. I need this button to present my new Website to the administrator board for approval monday night.
If I do not have thisbutton I have to cancel the board meeting. I have uninstalled the X5 and installed again but I have still the same message
Need help as soon as possible

By looking at Community Posts on this site I note that there was a temporary issue with the Incomedia Marketplace.
Has the issue been resolved for you (ie have you successfully installed the object)?

The download of the button did not work. So I uninstalled the X14 and re-installed it after properly cleaning all remaining files or register.
I loaded my backup file of the web site. I look at the add on that I purchased and they where all active except the Over Button. I try again to download it but I received the same error message as before.
To my surprise, the over button works on the preview of the site but I do not have any possibility to modify it because I received a message telling me that the button is not installed.

I re-formated my hard disk and installed Windows 10 and X5 V14. The add ons where succefuly added
